Dance with TJ
Contemporary Movement Exploration | Together in this class, we’ll breathe life into our intentions, explore our creative play space, build up some heat as we ground and stabilize our bodies, groove with a dance neighbor for a brain game or two, and then we’ll crank the music and jam some musically driven choreography. This class is offered twice a week with two levevls - Tuesday’s class welcomes beginners and new movers and Thursday’s class is geared towards experienced and advanced movers.
coCreate Improv Jam | This community centered jam is an opportunity for movers to explore creative intuition and connect with fellow artists. Expect a gently guided breathful introduction that evolves into a freeform container for courageous authenticity and playful exploration. Newbies are welcomed.

Restorative de la Noche with Beth
Restorative practice usually consists of less than 10 poses total, and is well-supported by the use of blocks, blankets and bolsters that invite the nervous system, mind and heart to release effort and enter into a deep state of rest and regeneration. One hour of Restorative practice can be as beneficial as four hours of sleep!

Foundations: Beginner Friendly Flow with Jackie
This class is focused on deepening your knowledge of Yoga and building safe postural habits in your body as we flow. You’ll receive opportunities for hands-on adjustments throughout the class (consensually) to help you stabilize in poses, reveal existing habits, and feel pleasure in your body. Expect a bite-sized bit of ancient knowledge from the vast teachings of Yoga, Pranayama-Breathwork, and Asana-Movement in each class. Our flow will prioritize alignment, breath to movement - Vinyasa, building strength, and providing a safe(r) environment to enter or enjoy the benefits of Yoga.
I encourage BIPOC, LGTBQIA+, Immigrants, and Neurodiverse community members to join me in class. Courageous and I are intentionally holding space for marginalized people to be seen and reclaim joy!

Gentle Trauma Informed Flow for All Levels with Kristen
It is human nature to experience adversity and therefore take on trauma. Trauma is the lasting imprint that resides in the body as a result of the things that happen to us and, each of us experience and store trauma in different ways. It is my honor to hold space for this community as we co-create safety, regulate our nervous systems together, and establish the feeling of being at home in our bodies again through the lens of the Yogic principles.
This accessible slow moving flow invites you to show up exactly as you are, and to celebrate what makes your own body unique as you step into your autonomy and power of choice. I will offer several different options and shapes for you to decide what feels best in your internal world. Give yourself permission to break away from any need to strive for perfection, and rather flow from a place of authentic expression. There is no right or wrong way to move in this class, and it is deeply encouraged that you trust yourself and your body.
-
Warming Vinyasa with Josie
This class is an all levels vinyasa class with the aim of uniting mind and body, allowing one to learn from the other. Come join community to build connection, heat, groundedness, and explore what it means to live yoga beyond the boundary of your mat.
-
Queerageous with Mo
A Queer and Trans only affinity yoga practice space.
Queerness is a portal to liberation! This space is just for us, lovies. What a gift to live in the blurred spaces, beyond binaries, as the living embodiment of “both, and”...And. We live in a world that makes it very difficult, even dangerous, to exist in a queer body. The queer and trans community experiences individual and collective trauma that lives in and through our bodies, multiplied and sustained by other systems of oppression.
Together, we can practice the tools that will meet us right where we are on this long road, in all the mess, and take us one step closer to a more just and loving world.
Plus it will be very gay and fun.

Yoga with Justin
Dynamic Flow Yoga | This is an active full spectrum yoga practice. Expect a vigorously flowing asana (posture) practice, working with both physical body and prana (energy) body, to clear, balance, and vitalize the whole self. Guided by the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali and utilizing various yoga techniques including pranayama (breath work), mantra (chanting), and meditation to create a high vibration practice that supports and celebrates one's unique evolution as we move collectively and individually towards liberation.
Yin/Vin | This practice combines the stillness and surrender of yin with the fire and focus of a vinyasa style practice linking breath with movement. While cooling yin works with our fascia and other connective tissues, the dynamic vinyasa builds heat, strength and stamina through a steady flow. A great way to bring more balance to body and mind.
-
Unlearn with Jazmin
UNLEARN is a workshop series to dis-integrate white supremacy from our bodies, minds, words and relationships, with support from the libratory tradition and practices of yoga.
-
Yin with Renè
Yin Yoga | Yin Yoga is a slow style of practice that helps our bodies ally with gravity to release long-held patterns in the tissues, joints and mind. Expect 5-10 minute passive floor poses, well supported by props, that target release in the hips, pelvis, legs, lower spine and other areas especially rich in connective tissues.
Yin places attention on the deepest tissues of the body, our connective tissues – ligaments, joints, bones, the deep fascia networks of the body and the meridians. This is contrast to a Yang yoga practice such as Vinyasa yoga which targets the muscles.
Energetically, Yin yoga improves the energy flow, enhancing the flow of chi in the organs and giving the mind and focus the opportunity to soften.
