Dance with TJ
Contemporary Movement Exploration | Together in this class, we’ll breathe life into our intentions, explore our creative play space, build up some heat as we ground and stabilize our bodies, groove with a dance neighbor for a brain game or two, and then we’ll crank the music and jam some musically driven choreography. This class is offered twice a week with two levevls - Tuesday’s class welcomes beginners and new movers and Thursday’s class is geared towards experienced and advanced movers.
coCreate Improv Jam | This community centered jam is an opportunity for movers to explore creative intuition and connect with fellow artists. Expect a gently guided breathful introduction that evolves into a freeform container for courageous authenticity and playful exploration. Newbies are welcomed.

Queerageous with Shay
A Queer and Trans only affinity yoga practice space.
Queerness is a portal to liberation! This space is just for us, lovies. What a gift to live in the blurred spaces, beyond binaries, as the living embodiment of “both, and”...And. We live in a world that makes it very difficult, even dangerous, to exist in a queer body. The queer and trans community experiences individual and collective trauma that lives in and through our bodies, multiplied and sustained by other systems of oppression.
Together, we can practice the tools that will meet us right where we are on this long road, in all the mess, and take us one step closer to a more just and loving world.
Plus it will be very gay and fun.

Restorative Yoga and Bodywork with Beth
Beth’s Restorative offerings start with grounding, and occasionally toning or singing to gather everyone into the shared vibratory field. Then she will guide a few minutes of gentle flow to boost the body's endorphins and fluid-flow before the deep release of Restorative practice.
You will be invited to regard the props as Bodhisattvas, beings that have taken form in order to serve. You are also encouraged to regard the shared space as sacred and to hold the deep knowing that our bodies are masterpieces of creation, deserving our deep reverence and care.
With your permission, Beth will be hands on occasionally pressing into the back and limbs, pulling on the spine and offering both physical and energetic medicine for clearing and for the release of built up stress in the body/mind/spirit field. Your job is to rest, receive, respire, and recharge.
Class is held in the womb-like safety of darkness. You are advised to really ground yourself after class so that you may travel home deeply relaxed but with full access to your faculties.Beth is a veteran yoga teacher with more than 20 years of experience and she loves playing in the pranic field with others.
